Famous for its International Movie Festival, Cannes also showcases French luxury fashion.  Anchor in the Island of Lerins in the bay of Cannes then explore St Honorat Island to discover the Abbey and its exclusive wines. Breeze through the museum of the Castre and the traditional market of Forville before taking a sunset walk on the Croisette.

Propriano in the Gulf of Valinco offers sunshine, scenery, watersports, and a variety of traditions. A seafront strip of grass overlooked by palm trees and restaurant terraces serves as the main tourist hub where you can watch yachts and fishing boats.

Don’t miss the famous Saleccia beach and a visit to the vineyards of Patrimonio when docking at this charming fishing port and marina on the Gulf of Saint-Florent.

Famous for its jet set and celebrities, Saint Tropez is the place to be in summer where luxury yachts, hotels, spas, a golf course, and high-end boutiques await. You can dance the night away at one of its many clubs or visit the nearby town of Ramatuelle.  The chic set come to admire the racing boats during “Les Voiles de St Tropez” in late September.

Part of Liguria’s Riviera of Flowers region, the old town of Ventimiglia with its palm-fringed seafront offers a high viewing point of the unspoilt coast towards France. The River Roia divides the modern (developed after 1872) and medieval sections of the town linked by bridges. Shops and restaurants line one riverbank while narrow streets wind up the steep hill opposite to the 10th century Church of San Michele Arcangelo. The modern section was built over Roman ruins and historical sites include the remnants of a 2nd century theatre and nearby tombs.Attractions include the busy Friday Market, the Balzi Rossi cliff caves – home to prehistoric cultures dating back to 80,000 years – and archaeological museum displaying ancient artifacts.
